Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in insurance, financial services, or business development beneficial but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and relationship-building skills required. Candidates from various business development backgrounds are encouraged. Must obtain state insurance licenses; training and sponsorship available. Regular commuting to the main office expected.
