Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager to join our Finance team in Bangkok. This role offers relocation support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with senior business partners on impactful projects.
2. Assist in developing business cases aligned with Agoda’s strategic priorities.
3. Manage parts of the company’s financial forecasts.
4. Contribute to analysis and reporting for decision-making.
5. Work within a diverse international team of finance professionals.
6. Provide essential financial information for effective business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7-9 years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably in Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, or FP&A.
• Proven skills in variance analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau and SQL is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex messages clearly.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or quantitative field from a top university.
• Experience in digital companies is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn SQL and Tableau if not already proficient.
