Event Sales Representative - Summer Position (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives. In this role, working in pairs, you'll have the exciting opportunity to engage with consumers directly while representing one of Canada's most trusted and iconic brands.

Compensation:

$17.20/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission

Schedule:
  1. April 1st - October 31st
  2. Opportunity to transfer in-store after the contract ends
  3. Weekly schedule:
    1. Program 1: Shifts scheduled Monday-Sunday between 10am-7pm. Flexible shift schedule, minimum 3 days/week availability required
    2. Program 2: Shifts scheduled Thursday-Sunday between 10am-7pm
  4. Schedules can vary from 20 hours/week up to 40 hours/week based on your availability
Responsibilities:
  1. Educate customers about the benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard and other financial products at gas station locations within your assigned territory.
  2. Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products during events.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for attendees.
  4. Utilize creative approaches to engage customers and effectively communicate product benefits.
  5. Foster and maintain positive relationships with gas station staff to facilitate successful event execution.
  6. Handle customer information with the utmost confidentiality.
