CSI Retail Security Officer-Uniformed

Casino Security Inc. is seeking a Uniformed Security Specialist to serve and safeguard various retail stores under the Hustler Retail Division. These uniformed security specialists will monitor the assigned property, be vigilant to detect thefts or any other illegal activity, address trespassers, carry out safety and security procedures, and respond to critical situations in a safe and calm manner.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintain order within the store and be alert to any unusual or suspicious activity.
• Report any safety issues and ensure the safety of all employees and customers. Assist Law Enforcement and Emergency personnel as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and posture at all times.
• Write clear, detailed, and accurate reports as needed for daily logs or incidents.
• Conduct physical security checks of the premises, surroundings, and access points.
• Assist employees in securing the establishment at closing and ensure all employees make it to their vehicles when leaving the business.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid guard card.
• Must have a valid exposed firearm permit.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Some security experience preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills, professionalism in appearance, work ethic, and positive attitude are essential.
