A leading healthcare organization in Vancouver is seeking a Device Analyst to support system integration and troubleshooting for healthcare technology. This role emphasizes collaboration with various stakeholders and requires a strong commitment to Indigenous Cultural Safety and anti-racism initiatives. The analyst will be involved in project planning, system upgrades, and documentation, contributing to a culturally safe environment.

Within the Information Management Information Technology Services (IMITS) lower mainland area, supporting Vancouver Coastal Health, Providence Health Care, and others, the Device Analyst reports to the Manager or designate. This professional role requires independence in a multi-site healthcare environment. The analyst applies broad knowledge of IMITS-supported devices, system integration, release / change management, and ITIL principles to analyze complex systems / applications, gather detailed client information, conduct impact analyses, translate business needs into technical requirements, troubleshoot, and participate in initiatives and projects. Responsibilities include creating work plans, testing, evaluation, configuration, and collaboration with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
