The Operational Excellence Specialist will be a driving force behind our commitment to continuous improvement! In this role, you’ll lead the implementation of Operational Excellence (OE) tools and techniques, empowering teams to enhance performance through effective KPIs, 5S methodologies, and visual management. You will help identify key areas for improvement, develop actionable plans, and foster a culture of excellence. You’ll work directly with colleagues at all levels of the organization and coach them in performance strategies. Fly Day - This position will fly in and out on Wednesdays
Pick-Up Points : Saskatoon, Prince Albert, La Ronge, Buffalo Narrows, and communities in the Athabasca region including Uranium City, Stony Rapids, Fond du Lac, and Wollaston.
Successful candidates must complete pre-employment checks, including education verification and references. Drug and alcohol testing is required for safety-sensitive roles. Recent recreational marijuana use may affect passing the test.
