Reporting to the Manager, Business Solutions, the Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in providing essential analytical support to the supply chain and distribution team.

The Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming operational data into actionable reports, allowing the team to make informed and strategic decisions. Their expertise in data interpretation is essential to extract trends, identify efficiency levers, and model scenarios to facilitate the team's understanding of performance issues.

The Analyst works closely with multiple departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in data interpretation, developing key performance indicators and proposing improvements based on their analyses. This position requires a strong ability to use advanced analysis tools, translate complex data into clear insights, and present them in an accessible manner to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, coordinate, and prepare the financial information required for the annual budget and the strategic plan, in collaboration with each department of the division and according to the deadlines established by the corporate services;
  2. Perform and provide, as needed, analyses related to the supply chain process;
  3. Collect and consolidate data;
  4. Analyze and interpret the results and make various suggestions for improvements to achieve performance targets;
  5. Communicate key indicators to appropriate stakeholders according to pre-established frequencies;
  6. Map and document standard operational processes as they relate to supply planning;
  7. Participate, document, and promote a mindset of continuous improvement within the supply chain organization;
  8. Interact with internal partners to understand and define the factors allowing it to produce complete and relevant analyses;
  9. Present analyses, provide information, and present solutions to optimize group processes.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in administration, with a concentration in operations management, logistics, procurement, or other related fields;
  2. 3 to 6 years of experience related to the position;
  3. Bilingualism (French/English);
  4. Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts;
  5. Mastery of advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, graphics, SQL, etc.);
  6. Knowledge of Power BI (creation, development).
