1. Core Expertise:
Organizational Change Management (OCM):
Proven track record in delivering end-to-end OCM, including strategy development, training oversight, and post-implementation support.
Ability to provide strategic advisory support on change management, communication, and training initiatives.
Business Transformation Leadership:
Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives in unionized labor environments, ideally in the public sector.
Hands-on involvement in transformative programs with a focus on governance, process management, and risk control.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and related modules, including:
SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Payroll, Time Management
Experience with at least two full-cycle SAP implementations in a unionized labor environment is mandatory.
3. Industry & Domain Experience:
15+ years of experience in Project / Program Management, preferably with:
Experience managing large-scale transformative projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong background in navigating unionized environments and working collaboratively with various business units.
4. Technical and Soft Skills:
Project Management Skills:
Expertise in governance, project planning, financial management, and risk control.
Proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel for project tracking and reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and manage high-level communication across leadership, vendors, and project teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting and collaboration.
Experience working alongside internal teams, vendors, and OCM teams. Ability to collaborate and support during high-volume workloads.
