The Role

As a Front Desk Attendant at the Sports Center, you will greet visitors, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them accordingly. You will ensure that access to the facility, equipment, and services is restricted to authorized clients. Providing information about the facility and activities, opening and closing the center per security protocols, handling admission and registration fees, operating the cash register, and maintaining registration records are key responsibilities.

Qualifications Needed
Education, Certifications, and Licenses
  • High school diploma and some experience in a related field, or
  • An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register.
  • Proficiency with software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, email, and internet browsing.
Competencies
  • Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership.
Skills and Abilities
Language Requirements

French essential.

Other Information

This is an on-site, part-time position, scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends, between 13.5 and 31.5 hours per week.

Start date: June 2, 2025.
