Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) safety standards, cleanroom protocols (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc. allowed), and use of PPE (personal protective equipment) such as safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.

Safely manufacture high-quality pharmaceutical products according to established schedules.
Essential Functions:
Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in powder blending/granulation, tablet compression, or coating, with exposure to dispensing, liquids/semisolids, and tablet printing manufacturing.
Equivalency: Equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to maintain records, follow instructions with attention to detail, lift up to 40 lbs., work independently and in a team, knowledge of GMP and SOPs, safety standards, mechanical aptitude, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluent in English.

Adhere to EHS policies, work collaboratively, maintain a clean workspace, engage in continuous improvement, and communicate proactively about risks and progress.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for prolonged periods, manipulate weights up to 40 lbs., operate equipment, and use PPE such as safety glasses, shoes, gloves, hair nets, etc.
