You will join our Simplii Process Engineering team during this 8-month co-op role and have a real impact in making banking simple! You will use your innovative thinking skills to help enhance banking for the modern world.

Reporting to the Director of Process Engineering, you will support processes related to Simplii Financial products or functions, focusing on their continuous optimization. You will learn the basics of business analysis and support change management, utilizing industry design methodology and tools to improve the client experience and process performance.

At CIBC, we enable an optimal work environment for you to thrive. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your activities within a hybrid work arrangement, spending 1-3 days per week on-site, with other days remote.

  • You are enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a graduation date no earlier than December 2026.
