The primary responsibilities of the Professional Standards Manager will include but are not limited to:

1. Acting as the leader of the newly created Learning & Development department
2. Perform and oversee the engagement quality reviews
3. Responsible for coordinating and completing firm CPAO obligations

Qualifications:

1. CPA designation
2. Experience working in public accounting
3. 5+ years working experience - compliance and financial reporting
