Position Overview :

In exchange, we ask you to bring :

  • Attend job sites to assess damage and provide data to create estimates. Abilities to travel, work evenings on call and on weekends.
  • Responsible for large projects, complex projects, and high-risk / high-profile environments exceeding $500k+
  • First point of contact in the field that communicates professionally with all customers, subcontractors, consultants and insurance company representatives ensure scope of work is being followed as per quoting process to ensure accurate timelines and project budgets are achieved
  • Prepare accurate quotations, job costing, and estimates
  • Strengthen relationships with all existing and potential customers through business development and accounts management. Providing technical explanations and feedback to clients, adjusters and consultants.
  • Coordinate and attend after-hours emergency jobs to ensure services are completed as required

Required Qualifications :

  • Previous construction, restoration or Insurance experience considered an asset
  • At least five (5) years of project management experience in insurance restoration
  • At least five (5) years of experience with large loss project management in residential and commercial restoration
  • Sales experience in related fields, including upgrades / changes to existing contracts
  • Intermediate computer and / or tablet / iPad experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Google Suite, JD Edwards, Xactimate / Xactanalysis experience an asset
  • Self-driven to achieve goals and meet deadlines
  • Travel 50% of the time
  • Criminal Record Check
