The opportunity

The ERP Contract Risk Manager oversees large-scale ERP programs, manages contract and risk activities, and ensures successful project transformation. This role involves collaboration with leadership to monitor contracts and manage scope, schedule, deliverables, and costs throughout the project lifecycle. You will be part of a diverse team committed to delivering top-tier consulting services.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand large-scale ERP programs and associated contract and risk management activities.
  2. Work closely with leadership to monitor contract elements based on ongoing project activities.
  3. Document and manage scope, schedule, deliverables, and costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Support client negotiations and manage resource onboarding.
  5. Monitor and enforce project standards related to procedures, controls, and data privacy/security.
  6. Maintain EY’s quality and professional standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields such as information systems, commerce, accounting, etc.
  2. 4 to 8+ years of experience with large-scale ERP programs and PMO.
  3. Proficiency in contract and risk management, project management skills.
  4. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  5. Experience in program coordination, administration, and project management tools.
  6. Support client negotiations and understand data privacy and security standards.
  7. Fluent in English; French skills are a plus.
  8. Ability to handle multiple client engagements and willingness to travel.
