What it’s like to be a Northbridge Bilingual Client Bill Representative

When our clients have questions about their billing and premium rates, the Client Bill team provides excellent customer service to address and support their needs.

The most important characteristic of our Client Billing team is the level of customer service they provide. Working with clients over the phone or email, they respond promptly and can develop payment solutions that benefit both the client and the company.

In supporting the Premium Accounting team, they bill premiums from insureds, follow up on past due premiums, cancel policies, and pursue outstanding earned premiums. They maintain daily and weekly reports, notify brokers and insureds of missing bank information and upcoming payments, and regularly audit files to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.

  • Post-Secondary education (College or University)
  • Fully bilingual in French and English
  • At least 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
