Job summary

Regina EYFRC is seeking an Early Years Family Resource Centre Coordinator to support staff and families, coordinate programming and the monthly calendar, and collaborate with partners in the Regina community.

The coordinator will manage the budget and strategic plan, plan and implement programs, prepare regular reports, and uphold inclusive practices while ensuring professional communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Early Childhood Education Diploma or Bachelor of Social Work.
  • Experience with mentoring and employee development.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe, reliable vehicle.
  • Clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.

Early Years Family Resource Centre Coordinator

The Regina EYFRC is a universal and primary prevention‑based model of service delivery, inclusive of a space where all families can play, interact and learn together while having access to quality programs and services which enhance child development and caregiver well‑being. The Coordinator should be independent, communicative, and respectful.

Responsibilities
