Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Sorter in Kelowna, BC to load, unload, ship, receive, scan, sort, and stock packages in a fast-paced setting. Heavy machinery may be used to complete tasks, following UPS methods.

Permanent, full-time role with scheduled hours. Pay rate is $18.50 per hour. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg), read/postal codes, and work up to five days per week. Warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes
• Availability to work flexible short hours, up to 5 days per week
• Warehouse experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.
• Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.
