The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) is seeking an Early Learning Assistant for the Extended Day Program. Working under the guidance of the Early Childhood Educator, you will assist in providing childcare to school-age students after school, during professional activity days and school breaks.

Summary : Working under the direction of the Early Childhood Educator, the Early Learning Assistant (Extended Day Program) assists in the provision of childcare to students after school (including professional activity day and school break periods); enhancing child-based play; encouraging and guiding, and modeling appropriate behaviour techniques. Performs other duties to support the overall objectives and goals of the program. A working knowledge of English is required.
$19.79 + 4% vacation pay/hour.
