Join the Prince George Native Friendship Centre as an Early Intervention Support Worker. This full-time role involves delivering prevention, wellness, and risk reduction activities within the Indigenous Child & Youth Wellness Program. You'll provide holistic support through counselling, workshops, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team focused on diverse community needs.

Early Intervention Support Worker (Full Time)
The Support Worker with the Indigenous Child & Youth Wellness Program will develop and deliver prevention, wellness and risk reduction activities that are culturally relevant to the community; in the format of individual counselling (in person and virtually); groups, camps and workshops.
The team provides holistic services to primarily Indigenous people. The position includes working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, offering support for emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health. The role includes crisis intervention, referral and advocacy, individual outreach counselling, facilitating cultural connections, group facilitation, case management and other supportive services.
