Le Club Child Care Program is seeking dedicated RECEs, EAs, and 1:1 Support Workers for their before and after school programs in York Region. The ideal candidates will possess an Early Childhood Education Diploma, current membership with the College of Early Childhood Education, and experience working with children. The roles involve creating inclusive programming that supports children's well-being and development in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Current membership and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum of 1 year related experience.
  • Current Standard First Aid / CPR Level C designation.

Le Club Before and Afterschool programs are looking for RECE's, EA's and 1:1 Support Workers to work the before and afterschool programs.

We run 14 before and after school programs in York Region! At Le Club Child Care Program, our philosophy is inspired by the approaches of educators in Reggio Emilia as well as resources and guidelines offered through “How does Learning Happen?: Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years”.

We strongly believe that children are curious, competent and rich in potential and able to direct the course of their own discoveries, investigations and learning. Le Club ensures that our inclusive programming and positive learning environments leads to the children’s Self of Belonging, Well-Being, Engagement, and Expression and help to them to Self-Regulate. Skills and Qualifications:

• An Early Childhood Education Diploma preferred

• Current membership and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Education

• Minimum of 1 year related experience

• Current Standard First Aid / CPR Level C designation

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
