Your Role

As an Early Childhood Educator with MoveRays, you will:

·Meet with parents online or in-person to assess family and child activities.

·Develop and customize holistic learning plans based on child development principles.

·Engage with families in creating meaningful digital content as personal heirlooms and tools for learning.

·Promote physical activity through fun and healthy age-appropriate activities.

·Facilitate family outings to community venues, fostering growth and connection.

·Collaborate with preschools and community educators to document learning milestones.

·Support parents in moderating digital content and managing purposeful technology use.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

·A valid Early Childhood Education Certificate or equivalent.

·Experience working with children and families.

·Proficiency with digital tools for learning and content creation.

·Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and partners.

·Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

·A clear criminal record check.
