London Bridge Child Care Services Inc invites qualified individuals to join our Sarnia teams as Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) and Early Childhood Paraprofessionals (ECPs). The organization offers a stable, nonprofit environment with extended health/dental benefits and an RRSP plan.

Roles cover 0–5 age groups with opportunities for professional growth. Locations in Lambton County; permanent positions up to 40 hours weekly; wages from $22.00–$25.86 per hour plus a $1.00 premium for

Competenze

Experience working with children, including those with diverse needs is an asset.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
Curious, reflective, and eager for ongoing professional growth.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to evolving needs of children and program.
If applicable, member in good standing with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education.

Mansioni

Maintain active supervision and prioritize the safety of children at all times.
Plan and implement curriculum with child-led learning experiences.
Support inclusive group care and meet children's personal care needs (diapering, toileting, meals, rest, transitions).
Comply with the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA) and London Bridge policies.
Participate in team meetings, professional learning, and build relationships with community partners.
