Mighty Oaks Academy is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to nurture and engage young learners in a warm, inclusive classroom.

The ideal candidate holds a valid PEI ECE certification (ECA or higher) and has at least 2 years of hands-on experience in early childhood education. You will partner with families and colleagues to support development and create stimulating learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Certification as Early Childhood Educator (ECA or higher) recognized in Prince Edward Island (PEI)
• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in early childhood education or childcare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage children, parents and colleagues
• Genuine love for working with young children and understanding of the early years’ importance
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and share ideas
• Familiarity with PEI’s Early Childhood acts and regulation; experience using the Early Learning Framework
