LITTLE EINSTEIN DAY CARE in Chilliwack, BC is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator (ECE) assistant (NOC42202) to support classroom routines and activities.

This full-time, permanent position offers CAD 27.00 per hour, 40 hours per week, and requires on-site work. Starts as soon as possible; applicant must have relevant college diploma and basic certifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement child-care programs to support physical, cognitive, emotional and social development.
  • Lead activities by storytelling, singing, and local outings.
  • Encourage creativity through art, drama, music and physical activity.
  • Guide children in eating, dressing and toilet routines; observe for learning/behavior issues and report findings.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with coworkers and community partners to ensure child safety and well-being
