- Assess children's development to prepare tailored learning plans.
- Develop and implement child-care programs supporting physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Maintain daycare equipment.
- Storytelling and engaging children through stories, songs, and activities.
- Synthesize children's overall development and communicate with parents.
- Lead activities such as storytelling, singing, and visits to local points of interest.
- Encourage creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activities.
- Guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toileting habits.
- Observe children for signs of learning or behavioral issues and report to parents and supervisors.
- Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and issues.
