Tasks:

• Assess children's development to prepare tailored learning plans.
• Develop and implement child-care programs supporting physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Maintain daycare equipment.
• Storytelling and engaging children through stories, songs, and activities.
• Synthesize children's overall development and communicate with parents.
• Lead activities such as storytelling, singing, and visits to local points of interest.
• Encourage creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activities.
• Guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toileting habits.
• Observe children for signs of learning or behavioral issues and report to parents and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and issues.
