Tasks
  1. Assess children's development to prepare tailored learning plans.
  2. Assist co-workers with housekeeping and cooking duties.
  3. Develop and implement child-care programs supporting physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  4. Maintain daycare equipment.
  5. Storytelling and engaging children through stories, songs, and activities.
  6. Synthesize children's overall situation and communicate with parents.
  7. Lead activities, including storytelling, singing, and outings to local points of interest.
  8. Assist in record-keeping with early childhood educators or supervisors.
  9. Encourage creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activities.
  10. Guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toileting habits.
  11. Prepare snacks and organize rooms for lunch and rest periods.
  12. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
  13. Plan and maintain a safe, healthy, and secure environment for children.
