Selection Criteria:

• Certificate III, Degree, or Diploma in Early Childhood or ACEQA-approved equivalent (or working towards these qualifications)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to update promptly)
• High initiative and commitment to ongoing learning
