The Position:
It is the general duty of Registered Early Childhood Educators to establish a respectful and equitable learning environment and to maintain a positive attitude, for the purpose of encouraging students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Registered Early Childhood Educators are also expected to demonstrate a commitment to student learning, achievement and well-being in accordance with the professional standards of the College of Early Childhood Educators and the I.B. Primary Years Programme standards and practices.
