Job description

As an ECA, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with childcare staff and the Supervisor at various centres located in Toronto (North York). Your role includes fostering a nurturing, safe environment for children from infant to school age, supporting daily activities, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

Working Conditions :

Responsibilities :

  • Create a warm, inclusive learning environment that supports child development.
  • Supervise children during both indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety.
  • Keep classrooms and shared spaces clean and organized.
  • Assist with meals and nap time in line with centre policies and Public Health standards.
  • Actively participate in play-based and learning activities with children.
  • Support staff and contribute to a collaborative, positive team environment.
  • Follow all regulations and guidelines, including CCEYA, AQI, and HDLH.
  • Participate in all mandatory company activities, trainings, and meetings.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements :
