We work with clients to determine the best approach for their specific goals, whether they have a defined benefit pension or a defined contribution plan.

Accepted applicants will be eligible for a comprehensive exam study program, including paid study hours and coaching to attain the Actuary designation.

Responsibilities

• Designing, funding, pricing, and managing retirement programs
• Conducting benefit plan benchmarking analysis
• Supporting corporate restructuring and capital initiatives
• Collaborating with various team members
• Performing asset/liability modeling
• Conducting pension and post-retirement medical valuations
• Handling data analysis, plan liabilities, asset reconciliation, and funding requirements
• Completing plan reporting and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Actuarial exam progress is highly preferred
• Strong technical and client service skills
