Job Description

The Business

Create your future by joining our Retirement consulting team, providing expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support global organizations in designing, managing, administering, and communicating retirement plans. We work with clients to determine the best approach for their specific goals, whether they have a defined benefit pension or a defined contribution plan.

Gain exposure to real client assignments, utilizing your analytical skills and creativity. This role offers a balance of technical knowledge development and industry expertise within a supportive team environment. Accepted applicants will be eligible for a comprehensive exam study program, including paid study hours and coaching to attain the Actuary designation.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, funding, pricing, and managing retirement programs
  • Conducting benefit plan benchmarking analysis
  • Supporting corporate restructuring and capital initiatives
  • Collaborating with various team members
  • Performing asset/liability modeling
  • Conducting pension and post-retirement medical valuations
  • Handling data analysis, plan liabilities, asset reconciliation, and funding requirements
  • Completing plan reporting and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Actuarial exam progress is highly preferred
  • Strong technical and client service skills
  • Problem-solving passion and solution sharing
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Applicants graduating between May 2024 and August 2025 are encouraged to apply
  • Prior WTW internship experience is a plus
