Job summary

Aon is seeking Pension Administration Interns in Vancouver for Fall 2025. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work virtually and from our Vancouver office. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada, with no sponsorship available.

The position pays $29.55 per hour, with actual salary varying by education, experience, and location. Interns will help calculate entitlements, prepare pension statements, reconcile data, and support procedures while learning in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Enrollment in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled data analysis tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Calculate benefit entitlements on retirement, termination, death and marriage breakdown.
• Calculate PAs and PARs and prepare filing forms.
• Prepare annual pension statements.
• Year-end update of plan records and data reconciliation.
• Assist with maintaining standard operating procedures.
• Respond to member calls and facilitate requests.
• Maintenance of members' records.
• Other duties as required.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Vancouver office.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

The hourly salary for this position is $29.55. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

What The Day Will Look Like
