Early Careers Operations Specialist, North America

About the Role:
We are seeking an Early Careers Operations Specialist to support our Early Careers programs in North America. This role will play a critical part in the execution of programming and hiring processes, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency. This role will also be central to building relationships with key stakeholders across Canada, building trust and buy-in across program participants, and facilitating regionally focused programming. Reporting to the Early Careers Manager with a dotted line to the Canadian Ops Manager, this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, relationship building and a passion for working with early career talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate operational processes for North American Early Careers programs, including onboarding, scheduling, background checks and program logistics.
  2. Meet with internal clients and facilitate workshops.
  3. Support the recruitment and hiring processes by managing candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.
  4. Maintain accurate data and generate reports related to program performance, hiring metrics, and participant feedback.
  5. Collaborate with the North American Programming Specialist to ensure the successful delivery of program events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for internal clients and participants, providing timely responses and addressing inquiries related to programming and hiring processes.
  7. Assist in the development and facilitation of program materials, communications, and resources.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or recruitment support, preferably within an early careers or talent development context.
  3. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in data management and reporting tools, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.
