As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Aon Reed Stenhouse, Consumer Products Group

This is a role with the flexibility to work from anywhere as it is completely virtual.

Available Location: remote, from anywhere in Canada

Dates: 4 months contract duration between June and September 2025

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

What the day will look like:

  • Primarily will support ongoing data collection project with respect to small business at Aon Canada;
  • Provides support to CPG Account Executives;
  • Servicing existing programs and processing requests;
  • Providing supportive service to existing clients, renewal of policy documents, submissions, etc;
  • Assist in the management of information needed to take an application, prepare quotations, calculate premiums, bind coverage and prepare documentation for billing;
  • Assisting with correspondence, client insurance summaries, promotional material, reports and presentations;
  • Liaising and assisting brokers as necessary to contact underwriters and negotiating the best terms and conditions, premiums and coverage;
  • Maintaining department filing system, receive and sort incoming mail/faxes and distributes in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Processing related information/documentation in applicable systems;
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Customer service orientation;
  • Professional, having excellent work ethics;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team;
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize even when faced with multiple deadlines;
  • Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel);
  • Some knowledge of Aon portfolio of available client services and products, an asset;
  • Provincial Brokers license, an asset;
  • CIP designation (or working towards), an asset.

Education:

  • Post-Secondary degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
