What you’ll be doing

Our Advisors are customer-centric and skilled at connecting with people in a relatable way. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s journey by:

  1. Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests.
  2. Educating customers and providing relevant insights and expert advice.
  3. Building comprehensive financial plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.
  4. Nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
  5. Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by achieving individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
What you need to succeed
  • Strong desire and drive to build customer relationships.
  • A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies, including banking, investments, and borrowing solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals.
  • Mutual Funds license and completed CIFP Diploma.
