Responsibilities

1. Develop presentation drawings and diagrams with support and supervision from experienced architects.
2. Develop architectural design drawings as well as technical and construction drawings with support and supervision from experienced architects.
3. Create 3D renderings and design visual aids.
4. Collaborate with architects, team members, and Project Managers.

Qualifications

1. Currently enrolled in an Architecture program at a college or university.
2. Experience with preparation of presentation drawings, diagrams, and 3D renderings.
3. Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Adobe Creative Suite; Microsoft 365 environment; and Bluebeam is preferred.

Compensation

Expected Salary (all locations): $18.50/hr - $25.00/hr
