Working Hrs.: 7.25 Hrs. / day

Assignment Type: Hybrid; the consultant is expected to be in office 3 days at 222 Jarvis Street.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester
• 5+ years of experience testing a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Application
• Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM application is a strong asset

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Public Sector

Software Testing Soft Skills - 40%

• Analytical: Proven excellent analytical skills, logical reasoning, and systematic problem solving
• Communication: Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Time Management: Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive timelines, and be adaptive to change
• Great Attitude: Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
• Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

Software Testing Experience - 35%

• 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester
• 5+ years of experience testing a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Application
• Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM application is a strong asset
• Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset
• Experience testing Adobe AEM is an asset
• Displays an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
• Displays an understanding of PM Methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.

Technical Skills - 20%

• Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira / Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of defect management life cycle
• Demonstrates experience in proper Documentation of Test Cases / Test Execution Plans
• Working knowledge and experience of QMetry is an asset
• Working experience of an automation tool (GUI and API) is an asset
• Ability to write and understand SQL is an asset
• Ability to understand data models is an asset
• Ability to understand Java and JavaScript is an asset

Public Sector Experience - 5%

• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
• Experience with Case Management would be an asset.
