Job Functions:

• Assist management team in purchasing materials and delivering to job sites.
• Assist with setting up jobs, keeping the site organized, and breaking down at the end of the project.
• Perform basic punch list duties such as drywall patching, painting, resetting plumbing/electric fixtures, and trim work.
• Communicate updates and progress to management throughout the day.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge to perform punch list items listed above.
• Understanding of building materials.
• Self-motivated.
• Effective verbal communication with clients and co-workers.
• Ability to stand, walk, manipulate objects, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and hear.
• Vision abilities (with correction) including near, far, peripheral, depth, and focus adjustment.
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions.
• Must be able to crawl, kneel, and lift/move objects over 50 lbs.

Other Requirements:

• Valid NYS Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Punctuality and reliability.

Additional Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Work Authorization:

• United States work authorization required.

Compensation:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
