This role involves arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation. You will undergo three weeks of paid remote training to enhance your knowledge, learn about contract airfares, and improve your Sabre skills.
Our dedicated corporate travel agents handle bookings, ticketing, changes, exchanges, and queue management for a single enterprise-level client.
Business hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, with positions available for evening, weekend, and after-hours shifts. A typical schedule includes a 40-hour work week over five 8-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and strictly adhere to Canadian travel policies for multiple corporate accounts, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines specific to the Canadian market.
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding the needs and expectations of business travelers.
- Inform clients about travel documents and health requirements for countries visited, ensuring compliance and peace of mind.
- Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with business travelers, serving as a trusted Corporate Travel professional.
- Manage bookings for air, car, rail, and ground transportation efficiently, optimizing travel arrangements based on preferences.
- Coordinate domestic and international itineraries with accuracy and attention to detail, considering Canadian-specific travel requirements.
- Complete reservations promptly and accurately, maintaining professionalism according to business travel standards.
- Provide consultative guidance throughout the booking process, offering valuable recommendations.
- Handle ticketing, adjustments, exchanges, and queue management skillfully, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop strong relationships with business travelers, earning their trust as a reliable Corporate Travel professional.
- Understand and comply with travel policies for high-volume corporate accounts.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Canadian business travelers, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed the needs of business travelers.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bi-Lingual in French & English strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in Corporate Travel.
- At least 2 years of recent experience using Sabre.
- At least 2 years of recent experience with complex ticketing and exchanges.
- Experience working with Online Booking Tools (OBTs) and queue management.
- TICO/OPC certification is preferred; candidates without it will be supported to obtain it, with the exam to be completed within 30 days of employment.
- Strong technical skills to assist customers with urgent and complex requests.
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling complex international fares.
- Possess a service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of geographical and international destinations is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
