We are currently seeking a Procurement/Supplier Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for supplier management of assigned event construction commodities, encompassing the entire supplier management lifecycle. The Procurement/Supplier Manager is a highly organized professional with a wealth of experience in supplier management. Their outstanding attention to detail and above-average communication skills are essential for ongoing supplier negotiations and management.

This is a hybrid (remote/on-site) opportunity, with travel to event sites possible during project delivery. Candidates should reside in the US, Canada, or Mexico.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Contract Management and Compliance
2. Communication and Coordination with project stakeholders, broader Event construction team
3. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
4. Project Reporting re progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years experience in event contract and supplier management, specifically in large-scale events or professional sports
• Strong knowledge of construction and legal terminology, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in industry-leading contract management software
• Experience and understanding of event construction planning and delivery at large-scale events
