Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery and performance of software and hardware products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and testing, to ensure successful product launches, from design completion to production release.

You will drive product testing, support product evaluations, and work to ensure production schedules are met, while maintaining product quality and meeting required specifications. As a Technical Lead, you will also collaborate with various teams—product engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, and marketing—to resolve product-related challenges and drive continuous improvement across processes and quality. This role requires strong independent decision-making, with minimal direction needed in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development from design to volume production, ensuring all products meet specifications and quality standards
  • Perform engineering tests to verify and validate product designs
  • Oversee production schedules and ensure timely product releases
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and resolve product-related challenges
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring high standards of code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Drive process improvements and quality across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, application programming, or development
  • Proficient in .NET framework and Microsoft SQL Server/MySQL databases
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding a team of developers and ensuring code quality
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing, mocking, and understanding upstream and downstream impacts
  • Expertise in Microservices Architecture, Web Services, Security and Authentication, and Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in CI/CD Pipelines, SonarQube, Git/GitHub, SecAPI, Application Security, Logging, Monitoring, and Alerting
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Splunk, and Power BI Reporting
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as PCF/Pioneer, Azure, IBM Cloud Private, OpenShift/Cloud Paks, and Red Hat
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
