Position Overview

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team to deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act with integrity, honesty, and promote Starbucks' culture and values.
  • Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events to keep the store running smoothly.
  • Evaluate customer and store needs and respond proactively.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and store management.
  • Assist in training new partners and provide constructive feedback.

  • Deliver legendary customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
  • Manage store operations during shifts, including opening and closing duties.
