Job description

BOLD Growth is a small craft-cannabis company committed to providing consistent, high-quality products in the highly competitive cannabis industry. We pride ourselves on producing best-in-class craft cannabis products that outperform our competitors. Our focus is on continuous improvement, efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. If you are enthusiastic, eager to learn, adaptable, and want to be part of one of the most exciting companies in the cannabis industry, we would love to have you.

The Supply Chain Coordinator reports directly to the Order Fulfillment Manager and plays a vital role in managing BOLD’s inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. This role requires experience with ERP systems, specifically Dynamics 365 Business Central, and involves promoting Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory management to reduce costs and maintain product freshness. The role demands strong analytical, communication, and ERP skills to coordinate inventory management, manufacturing scheduling, and supply chain policies, ensuring operations are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with market demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring alignment with production schedules and operational efficiency.
  2. Support MRP / MPS planning and develop reorder limits to maintain JIT inventory levels, minimizing carrying costs.
  3. Drive the integration and optimization of Dynamics 365 ERP across inventory, procurement, and production scheduling functions.
  4. Analyze supply chain data to provide insights that reduce waste, improve margins, and enhance inventory control.
  5. Oversee the full procurement cycle—from forecasting and purchase order creation to supplier negotiation and invoice reconciliation.
  6. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely supply, budget adherence, and quality compliance.
  7. Coordinate with the Warehouse Coordinator on organization, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy.
  8. Assist in procuring materials for new product launches, including packaging components.
  9. Maintain strong product knowledge across all BOLD SKUs to support procurement and inventory management.
  10. Participate in cross-functional meetings and training to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (experience in cannabis or CPG is a plus).
  • At least 2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 ERP software.
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to professionalism, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
  • Availability for Monday to Friday, 8-hour daytime shifts, with some evening and weekend work as needed.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
