Position Description:

Location: Drummondville, Montreal

We are seeking a Senior Director and Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead strategic ERP/SaaS integration projects. As a key member of our center of excellence, you will develop integration strategies, improve deliverable consistency, and ensure alignment between technical and functional aspects on high-impact client projects.

You will work closely with local and international teams—including a technical architect based in Sweden—and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Integration Leadership: Lead ERP/SaaS/internal tools integration efforts, establishing and enforcing best practices.
2. International Collaboration: Coordinate technical activities with our European team for seamless delivery.
3. Client Engagement: Lead client interactions, including presentations, technical discussions, and strategic advice.
4. Internal Tools: Master the EMS/EMT tool (training provided), used for legal entity duplication within Business Central.

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience managing SaaS and ERP integration projects.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or related D365 products.
• Strategic thinking and strong organizational skills to support evolving delivery models.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English, spoken and written.
