About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Professional Services Consultant, theSenior Implementation Specialist (Infusion) is responsible for delivering best-in-class SaaS implementations for AlayaCare Cloud. In this customer-facing role, you will engage with clients on application configuration, product training, and testing with a focus on project health and adoption. You will become a subject matter expert in the AlayaCare platform and manage the delivery of complex projects to our Infusion customers. As a Senior, you take a leading role on complex projects, owning full work-streams as the platform expert. Your experience with technology and/or our customers’ domains enables you to successfully deliver towards stated outcomes and objectives. You are essential to our customers successfully adopting AlayaCare and becoming referenceable customers.

AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model, expecting that our employees have a regular in-office presence at their closest office location while offering flexibility for some remote work. Our team encourages in-person collaboration and with this, the preferred candidate location for this position would be within the Greater Toronto Area.
