Job description

Canyon Logics is looking to hire a retired Municipal or First Nations Treasurer to help us communicate the value of Canyon Logics' Asset Management Services to Municipal and First Nations Treasures, CFOs, Mayors, Chiefs, councils, and senior management.

Success in this role will be measured by the number of leads Canyon Logics' is able to identify and secure.

You will work remotely with the owner of Canyon Logics and staff to help create and implement a marketing and sales strategy and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and test a marketing strategy
  • Provide guidance on identifying decision makers and how to best reach them to secure their interest in Canyon Logics' services
  • Provide guidance on the creation of marketing materials, presentation content and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an innovative Treasure preferably in small Ontario Municipalities, and / or in an Ontario First Nation, with an understanding of the value of improving asset information.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
  • The greater your technology skills the better, however, a desire to lean is most important.

The length of contract, number of hours, hourly rate to be discussed.

While we love working remotely, we also enjoy face to face encounters. The ability to meet for a few days somewhere between Kingston, Sudbury and Brantford occasionally is a benefit.
