Job description

The Data Fabric Production team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic group. We have an ambitious project portfolio and are looking for someone with strong technical and functional skills to influence and lead in a fast-paced environment. The role involves collaborating closely with IT leads, Directors, engineers, developers, and project managers.

About Data Fabric

Data fabric involves architecture and integration of diverse data platforms and tools, both on-premise and on Azure cloud, addressing key pain points in big data projects. Our support extends to regulatory clients such as Risk, Finance, Core, T+1, Audit, Compliance, FRTB, CAT, and RiskHub. We foster a collaborative, innovative environment focused on security, compliance, and system integrity.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan vulnerability management and mitigation, keeping stakeholders informed.
  2. Manage risk findings, correlating technical details with business impact.
  3. Lead sessions with SMEs, architects, developers, and tech leads to gather inputs.
  4. Review and submit Infrastructure Control Assessments (ICA) for high-availability architectures.
  5. Translate technical specifications into business and functional requirements.
  6. Coordinate infrastructure patching, cryptography reviews, and Active Directory entitlements.
  7. Manage data attestations and access reviews quarterly and annually.
  8. Facilitate technical sessions demonstrating organizational leadership and organizational skills.
Qualifications

Must have:

  • Undergraduate degree with change management experience in complex programs.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, with statistical charting skills.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple requests and priorities.

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge of IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD), access control, PAM, RBAC.
  • Understanding of IT processes, data, and TSS compliance from an audit perspective.
  • Experience with Red Hat Linux/Unix servers, NAS, and APIs.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CISM, CMSA.
