Duties:
  • Assist in preparing contract documents and drawings.
  • Communicate with Project Site Inspectors, Construction Administrators, and Project Managers.
  • Set up, facilitate, and participate in project meetings.
  • Prepare meeting notes and project memorandums.
  • Review and process contract extra work claims.
  • Prepare and process monthly progress estimates.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and the public as required.
  • Undertake site inspection duties.
  • Adhere to all site safety requirements and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Civil Tech diploma or an undergraduate degree in Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, related to linear projects including water mains, sewers, and roads.
  • Contract administrative experience is a strong asset.
  • Valid class G driver's license and own vehicle for transportation between office and work sites.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
