Job description

We are currently looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills for the position of a Customer Service Representative to join our team for upcoming events in Kelowna.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Knowledge of the site being worked and site-specific job duties
  • Deportment - complete site-specific uniform always worn (Uniform provided)
  • Excellent customer service
  • Zero use of personal cell phone while on duty
  • Respectful use of site equipment i.e., phones, radio, and scanners
  • Supporting other staff when needed i.e., signing staff in, manning of gates
  • Ticket taking, Gate/Door access
  • Help people find their seats
  • Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Patience and good listening skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills (incl. friendly attitude, good demeanor behaviour)
  • Flexible hours

Security Worker License is not required for this role to get on board.

Candidate looking forward to getting the security workers license would be considered an asset.
