We are adding 10 Background Screening Analysts to our team (12 month Contracts)

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 6 : 00AM ADT to 2 : 30PM ADT

The Gig : Background Screening Analyst

We’re on the hunt for some detailed oriented curious and hard working people to join our team as a Background Screening Analyst. Our BSA’s help our clients mitigate the risk of undesirable hires and tackle CV lies and degree fraud. You will be working with many UK and global clients, helping them protect their business, brand and reputation. Working as part of our existing teams, you’ll undertake and complete various background screening checks.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Crushing)

Conduct comprehensive background screenings, including Criminal Record Checks, academic qualification verifications, and employment reference checks for candidates hired by our clients, in accordance with established guidelines, legislation, training materials, and processes

Dispatch and follow up on reference and verification requests, recording ongoing actions and conclusions

Record all findings and outcomes accurately, including additional expenses for billing purposes

Flag any adverse findings or discrepancies between candidate-provided information and research outcomes

What You Bring to the Table

Previous experience in customer service, showcasing aptitude in handling customer inquiries and managing busy workloads

Organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines.

Thoroughness and accuracy in completing tasks, ensuring quality and timely outcomes

Demonstrated capability to handle a high volume of transactional tasks (typically ranging from 80-100 items per day)

Good email etiquette, and confident, professional phone manner for effective communication with clients and candidates

Familiarity with office software such as Google Suite, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new online systems

Have exceptional attention to detail

Possess a strong drive to be of service, with experience in customer service or call centre environments

Are committed to being active and supportive team members

Able to commence work as soon as April 28, 2025
