Bingemans is seeking Camping Resort Attendants who will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to guests in the Bingemans Camping Resort.

What will you be doing?

• Performing all duties of the front desk agent (including opening and closing)
• Taking reservations, registering campers, selling passes to Big Splash and FunworX as well as items in the Camper Store.
• Answering incoming calls, responding to online reservations, and completing campground checks.
• Performing basic housekeeping duties in the public area washrooms, shower facilities, cabins, and yurts (approximately 40% of the time).
• Perform any other duties as requested by a supervisor or management staff.
  
  

What we're Looking For?

• Excellent customer service experience required.
• Ability to handle customer conflicts and complaints and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Data entry into computerized reservation system.
• G2 Driver’s license is required.
• Must provide Driver’s Abstract.
• Must be available to work varied hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous work in a campground or hotel and enrollment in a hospitality and/or tourism program is an asset.
